Urgent Care

first aid on eye

Our doctors provide emergency coverage, 24 hours a day through our office and through the Christus-Spohn Health System in Corpus Christi, including Christus-Spohn South, Christus-Spohn Memorial, and Christus-Spohn Shoreline.

If the physician is not immediately available (they could be helping another patient or in surgery), you may dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. In our opinion, CHRISTUS SPOHN SOUTH has the best equipment for handling medical and surgical eye emergencies.

Most eye emergencies are best handled in our office where our doctors and staff specialize in medical and surgical eye problems, and our equipment is complete and familiar to us. If you have an eye emergency, please call us for further direction in your care. We have a doctor on call 24 hours a day.
